Agreement

By using madhyam.tech or any Madhyam software (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services for a business, you confirm that you can bind that business.

The Services

Madhyam SaaS Tech Company provides software as a service (SaaS) for small businesses, media houses and leaders. Features can change as the products improve. Products marked "coming soon" are not yet available.

Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your login details safe.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account has been misused.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed as shown when you sign up, usually monthly. See our Payment Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Your data

You own the data you put into the Services. You allow us to store and process it only to run the Services for you. See our Privacy Policy.

Domains and API

• Customers without their own domain get a subdomain such as customername.madhyam.tech.
• If you connect your own domain or API keys, you are responsible for keeping them valid, and for the content and activity on them.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break any law, including laws on privacy, advertising and messaging
• send spam or misleading messages, including through WhatsApp
• upload unlawful, obscene or infringing content
• try to break, copy or overload the Services
• resell the Services without our written permission

Third-party services

Some features use services from other companies, such as WhatsApp and payment gateways. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their downtime or changes.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or end an account for non-payment, misuse or legal reasons, after notice where possible. You may stop using the Services at any time, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Availability

We work to keep the Services running, but we do not promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Madhyam SaaS Tech Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
