Payment Policy

How you pay

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Our plans are billed monthly, in advance, from the date you start.

You can pay through our payment partner, [add your payment gateway], using the methods it offers, such as UPI, cards and net banking. We never see or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password.

Taxes and invoices

• Prices are shown with or without GST, as stated on your plan.
• We issue an invoice for every payment. Give us your correct business name and GSTIN if you want them on the invoice.

Failed or late payments

• If a payment fails, we will tell you and give you time to try again.
• If dues stay unpaid after notice, we may pause access to the Services. Your data is kept safe, and access returns once the dues are paid.

Price changes

We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you in advance, and a new price applies only from your next billing period.

Security

Payments are processed by [add your payment gateway] over secure, encrypted connections. If you see a charge you do not recognise, write to us straight away.

Service delivery

Our Services are digital. Your account is activated online once your payment is confirmed, normally within minutes. Nothing is shipped.
